Important Information FOR RESIDENTS
New gate access app called PALAPP is now live!
Key Information:
- PALAPP will not need to be reissued if you change phones. Simply sign in on your new device.
- A new app will only be required if your phone number changes.
- In-person registration is required. You must visit the office to complete this process.
- Please bring your photo ID and lease agreement/Deed if your ID does not reflect your current physical address.

- Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Packages being left at the back gate!
The maintenance staff have found packages left in the bushes at the back gate. It seems that Amazon is trying to get in the gate and when they don't gain access they are leaving the boxes at the back gate sometimes in the bushes. When you order thru Amazon please make sure to give special instructions that the drivers need to gain access to the property from Bunnell to avoid this issue. I have been told that this happens with Uber Eats and other delivery drivers. Just give them special delivery instructions.
The staff have left some packages at the homes because no one answered the door.
2025 dues assessments for Country Creek Master Association
This is a reminder regarding the 2025 dues assessments for the Country Creek Master Association. Please note the following important details:
Annual Master Dues Assessment for 2025
Amount: $170 per quarter
Due Dates:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st
Please ensure your dues are paid on time to avoid late fees and penalties which will be applied after 30 days late. These dues support the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas and services within the Country Creek Master Association.
Important: Each sub-association within Country Creek Master Association has its' own set of dues and payment schedules. To find out the amount due and the due dates for your sub-association, please contact the respective management company directly.

Join us for cookies, milk and photos with Santa at the Clubhouse
beginning at 6pm.
After Santa is done having cookies, he will be driving through the neighborhood on a fire truck. Santa's journey will begin at 7pm.
We’re accepting unwrapped toy donations both the night of the event and at the clubhouse from now until the event to help make the holidays brighter for children in need.
